El Yunque Rainforest San Juan - Tours?

Hi. I am looking for a precruise rainforest tour for 7 of us. We are aware that there is a rainforest tour with RCI but isn't that for guests postcruise? I think we would rather go with a private company anyways? Anyone have any good recommendations? Thanks April

I have read that it is a good idea to rent a car and go there because the tours do not allow enough time for you to really explore. You may want to post this question on the Ports of Call board for San Juan. You may get more answers there. I hope this helps!
