St. John (New Brunswick) Excursion not thru cruiseline?

Recommended Posts

I am in St John in late August. I am meeting an old friend and his wife who now live around two hours drive away. He does not know of any good restuarants in St John. Anyone got any recommendations - it will be for lunch and something local (fish?) would be good.

Many thanks in advance

Billy's Sea Food is a great favourite with locals. It is located at the head of the Saint John City Market through a separate door at the entrance.

I would suggest that your friend make a reservation as it is very popular on cruise ship days and it is not very large.
