Tourcrafters

Recommended Posts

Has anyone used Tourcrafters for Italy? What was your experience with them? Would you recommend them for tours? Thanks!

I have used them in 2006 and would never use them again!

First they use another vendor and only acted as a middleman. When I booked my tours, I had asked the saleswoman if I would see certain sites and was assured I would. On two tours that I booked with them the sites were never seen. When we returned home I called them and they were very indifferent about the whole experience we had.

There are other tour operators you can book with that offer the same tours, IE: viators, gray line of europe, appian line, and smart tours to name a few.

I will stay away from them and I hope I saved you the mistakes I had made.
