Scuba Diving in Barbados

We'll be in Barbados on Dec 22 - we don't leave until 10pm, so thought this would be a good time to take advantage of a night dive.

 

Any suggestions on dive shops/guides? sites?

When we have time, we use West Side Scuba Centre in Holetown.

 

They run a very nice operation and also do night dives.

 

A must-see when diving Barbados is the wreck of the Stavronikita. It’s an almost 400’ long Greek freighter sunk in 120’ of water. Near it are Stav Reef, Great Ledge and Bright Ledge, wonderful reef dives.

We will be diving with John Moore from http://www.divebarbados.net. He's highly recommended on scubadiving.com

 

I am not sure if you are going to have enough time to do a night dive if ship departs at 10 p.m. Unless, it is more of a "dusk" dive...

I was in Barbados in October, and we dived with West Side Dive. They were VERY GOOD. Hope you have a great time.....
