Hertz in Miami... _never_ again

Free shuttle is no longer offered from the MIA location. We had to go to a downtown location. It wasn't a problem for arrival. However, it was a mess after the cruise!

 

We waited 35 minutes for the shuttle. The shuttle consisted of one 10 person minivan. There was a mad scramble to get an available seat. We didn't get one. Ended up taking a taxi to MIA and the Hertz shuttle from there.

 

We will never rent Hertz again in MIA.

 

There were a number of Thrifty/Dollar buses at the port. Next time we'll use them or take a taxi.

Sorry to hear of your experience but thanks for the heads up on Dollar. I've got them for post cruise.

I'm also using Dollar and glad to hear confirmation that they are at the port. Sorry about Hertz. :(
