We rented a car in Kahului and hit the Iao Needle, Tropical Plantation and Maui Ocean Center..loved them all and was glad we didn't do it on the excursion because we weren't rushed at the locations. I wanted to drive over to Lahaina but my group wanted to be back on the ship for dinner. If I had to do it over again, I would have still driven out to Lahaina for some late afternoon beach action at Kaanapali.
