Where are RCCL Happy Hour Specials?

RCCL and Celebrity used to post "Happy Hour Specials" which could only be purchased on the Tuesday they were posted. The rates were categorized by resident, seasonal, senior, reduced air, etc.. I know I purchased at least one cruise using the "Happy Hour Special" rate since it was less than I could get anywhere else. But...the link I had to these rates is no longer valid. I hope it wasn't done away with entirely.

 

If anyone has any information, I'd appreciate your help.
