Kids in Chops/Portfinos?

Are kids allowed to eat in the speciality restraunts? (Im sure this has been asked but search is down and google didnt bring anything up)

 

My daughter will celebrate her 13th Birthday during our cruise and she loves a good steak, it would be great to have a birthday dinner for her in chops - are there age restrictions at all?

I believe they have to be seated before 7:00 if they are under 13.

We will probablly want to be seated pretty early, maybe 5.30 or 6pm so we can take full advantage of all the evening shows/entertainment.

I was able to make a ressie at both chops and portofinos that included my 13 year old for 7:00 p.m.

 

I am assuming the system would not have let me make it for 7:00 had it not been allowed because my other DD (4) was automatically excluded from the reservation.
