Big Al B. Posted May 6, 2008 #26 Share Posted May 6, 2008 Sorry, I meant to say I wore that outfit to the dining room on formal nights :). Rest of the time I stayed with dockers/button shirt.

Modern_Viking Posted May 8, 2008 #28 Share Posted May 8, 2008 This has been quite the friendly and happy chat. And that is despite being on the topic of dress codes. It is wonderful treat. I have only tried 7 and 14 day cruises. The dining room and main lounge were much more casual on the 7 day trip. I'm not sure if the 10 day cruise would be more like the 7 or 14 day experience. twinkletoes4445 Posted May 8, 2008 Author #29 Share Posted May 8, 2008 It has been a friendly chat on this thread! Lots of good help and advice. :) From what I gather, it sounds like a 10-day is going to be more formal than a 7-day, so we'll see. At least I know what to pack so we'll at least have our bases covered for the evening dress...should we venture out of our cabin. Now...if January would just hurry up and get here! :)
