Bus from St. Georges to Gibbs Hill Lighthouse?

We want to go to Gibbs Hill Lighthouse before we head to Horseshoe Bay. What bus(es) should we take? Thanks!

Take any bus except the #6 from St Georges to Hamilton. From Hamilton you need the #7 bus. The bus driver should let you know when he's stopping at the Gibb's Hill stop. from there it will be a leisurley 10 minute walk to the lighthouse. After that, you can take a leisurley 20 minute walk from the lighthouse to the entrance to Fairmont Southampton Hotel. Go into the gate and take the very first right turn which will be a 180 degree turn going downhill under a bridge. When you get to the bottom you'll see a fence with an opening and Horseshoe Bay will be on the other side. Or you can catch a taxi.

Yes you can pick up either the regular number 7 or the number 7 to Barnes corner bus. Both will take you by Gibbs Hill. You could also take the regular number 8 or the number 8 to Barnes corner bus. You would be on the opposite side of the lighthouse.
