Mariano with Pleasant Travel

I booked with Marinao at Pleasant Travel a couple of months ago for Naples on 5/25/08. I have been trying to reconfirm and am not getting a response from him. This has me worried. Has anyone else had problems? Thanks. Brenda

I find that I get faster resonses to this one rather than his personal email. We are booked with him for our August trip and have had very little difficulty in getting responses.

I am using info@pleasantravel.com. He responded very quickly several times when we were booking him. I have gone on his website this morning and went through that to try to get a message to him. We fly out on Sunday and I sure would like to here from him. I just wondered if anyone knew if he was having computer problems or something.

We were on a tour with Mariano last week and everything was fine. He is very reliable, I'm sure you will see his smiling face right on time to pick you up. He has a nice new van BTW.

I emailed Mariano through their website and he responded. Everything is okay and reconfirmed. YEA!!! Now, if I can just get everything in the suitcase to go..........

I just returned from Italy and a cruise and we used Pleasant Travel for 4 tours. His company is wonderful. You will not have any problems. will only use them when I go again!
