Opinions please - Cozumel vs Grand Caymen

Hello. On the Liberty Charter cruise I am going on Sunday, we have Grand Caymen one day and then Cozumel the next. I am thinking that 2 beach days in a row might be too much for my pale white, freckled self. Do you have an opinion as to which is the better beach option and which island has other fun activities, like shopping that is within walking distance of the piers? Thank you so much.

I think if you dont want to be on the beach both days then pick Cozumel for shopping. Grand Cayman you just HAVE to see the stingrays if you havent before and that wonderful jewel blue/green water. It's just inreal!!! Grand Cayman is higher priced shopping so the only thing we bought there were a couple of t-shirts.

I agree with soon to cruise, you have to do the stingray sandbar. It is absolutely the most amazing thing. We never tire of doing it.

In Cozumel, there is the Punta Lagosta shopping area, downtown shopping area, many bars and restaurants. I would like to go back to Margaritaville and hit some of the other places we did not have time to see. Have fun!!!
