I just want to report that finally I was to book a Portofino's reservation for my Hawaii trip tonight. The website does not make it easy, but I figured it out. My credit card was charged immediately the $40 service charge (for two people).

Are you all saying I can make reservations for Portofino for my July 17 Explorer cruise? I have tried, and just tried now but it says no specialty restaurants for this cruise.

Could they be booked up already? I have tried a few months ago and still got the same message.

I always thought I had to book on the ship, the last time I cruised was about 18 months ago. Thanks for your help.

Acording to the online schedule, you will not be able to book for Explorer until June 25.
