Liquor Store in Miami Terminal

NO. But if you are staying the night before, we can help you.

I'm staying at the Holiday Inn Port of Miami the night before our cruise. We will not have a rental car, so is there a liquor store within walking distance?

The liquor store is within 4 blocks of the HI.

When you leave the hotel,(Biscayne Blvd) turn right and go about 2 blocks to Flagler St. Turn right and walk about 2 blocks. On the left side of the st. is a Walgreens and across the street is a liquor store. It's on 2nd and Flagler. Very easy walk. The liquor store is closed on Sundays.

We went the afternoon we arrived in Miami and had everything packed for the next day. Didn't have to race around the morning we checked out.

Have a great time!

Good question. If I'm staying at the Intercontinental...is there anything within walking distance?

You will shop at the same liquor store. Just coming from the other direction on Biscayne. Just walk to Flagler St. Ask at the front desk, and they'll direct you. Easy walk.

How far is the liquor store from the port? How much would a cab be?

(PS - Is there anywhere close that just sells soda & water?)

You can get water and soda at the Walgreens on Flagler.

Cab fare from the port to that store would be a bit above the $10 charged from the Holiday Inn. If you want time to shop for the stuff, you'd be better off cabbing it one way. Then picking up a cab to go back. There probably won't be a place for the cab to park while you shop. But you might be able to work something out with him to come back in a ahlf hour or whatever. There might be a more convenient store in another direction tho. Someone might have a better idea for you.
