Does the Color matter on Luggage Tags?

My home printer is out of colored ink and my work printer is black and white only. Does the color matter on the luggage tags, since they already have the room and deck number printed on the tag?

Nope... makes no difference. As you say, the cabin number and deck are clearly on the tags... also, there's a bar code that they use.
