schnocker Posted May 15, 2008 #1 Share Posted May 15, 2008 This time of year I watch RCI's Grandeur of the Seas sail by my home on the Chesapeake Bay to or returning from Bermuda or the Caribbean. So today at 6pm (et) on Thursday May 15 ,when I expect her to be sailing South on a 9 day cruise to the Caribbean, she's sailing North towards Baltimore returning from Bermuda. What gives? Scooby427 Posted May 15, 2008 #2 Share Posted May 15, 2008 This is third hand information so please keep that in mind. My brother and sister in law are on this ship.....Apparently conditions coming back from Bermuda were AWFUL-- up to 90 mph wind gusts, high seas. Passengers were confined to cabins at one point and the ship could only go 11 knots. They were told to expect to be arriving at about midnight. This is from my sister in law to my mother in law to my husband to me.....therefore the details may be questionable;)

DinghyCapt Posted May 15, 2008 #4 Share Posted May 15, 2008 Shnocker, where abouts did you see her? We are packed and waiting to go out tomorrow. I tracked her earlier at 10:00am and she was off the coast of VA beach. Just wondered where you were.
