kit9172 Posted May 18, 2008 #2 Share Posted May 18, 2008 The following charge for dinner. On our cruise 4/19/08 they ran a special every evening between 5:30-6:30. Buy one get one free. Cagney's Le Bistro Italian Japanese Chinese Specialty that does not charge Mexican Blue Lagoon I didn't give you prices as they seem to change from ship to ship. rmh1955 Posted May 22, 2008 #3 Share Posted May 22, 2008 Does anyone know if the "early" specials are still going on the Gem during their med cruise? Is it half price?
hazeleyes Posted May 22, 2008 #4 Share Posted May 22, 2008 Does anyone know if the "early" specials are still going on the Gem during their med cruise? Is it half price? I was also on the same sailing as Kit. I just read new reviews from people who went last week and it seems that they had no 1/2 price specials on their cruise. So i guess it depends on the sailing. rossbabsy Posted May 22, 2008 #5 Share Posted May 22, 2008 When I cruised the Gem in February, half price was after 9PM or 9:30. Don't remember which. Also Tapanaki Restaurant on the GEM. It was the best tapanaki we had on any of our 8 NCL cruises.

runnerandme Posted May 29, 2008 #8 Share Posted May 29, 2008 I was on the GEM with Debbie and Kit. 4/19/08 to 5/04/08. La Cucina was $10. Cagney's was $20. Orchid Garden was $15. Le Bistro was $15. Sushi was $15. Teppenyaki was $25. I am looking at my on board acct. We were also told at the meet and greet that prices vary on each sailing. 2 for 1 was offered for La Cucina, Cagney's, Orchid Garden and LE Bistro from 5:30 to 6:30 every night of the 15 day cruise. We also find that the 2 for 1 depends on the cruise and the age of the passengers. Young passengers dine late so the 2 for 1 is early. Elderly passengers dine early so the 2 for 1 is late. Just from our experience;)
