nailz Posted May 21, 2008 #1 Share Posted May 21, 2008 Has anyone had this experience with the Funpass. Everytime I put my flight departure in from San Juan on 8/10/2008 with my connection flight, it changes my departure flight to a different flight and departure city. It keeps my connection flight, but puts me departing from MCO Florida instead of San Juan. It shows all my information is complete and everything else is correct. Each time I get to "view summary" it shows the wrong flight and departure date. Go figure!
jenscruise Posted May 21, 2008 #2 Share Posted May 21, 2008 I had this same problem a few weeks ago. I had to call Carnival directly and they fixed it for me, and then the correct information will show up on the Fun Pass once they do the fix. Hope that helps! callen0807 Posted May 21, 2008 #3 Share Posted May 21, 2008 I also had difficulty on the cruise I did a couple of weeks ago. I didn't have any problems even though it showed me returning to OKC instead of Houston:confused:
momofzeke Posted May 21, 2008 #4 Share Posted May 21, 2008 Yes, I had the same problem on my FunPass from my Valor cruise 2 months ago. I thought they had their website straightened out, but apparently not.
nailz Posted May 22, 2008 Author #5 Share Posted May 22, 2008 Thank you! This is the first. I haven't had this problem in the past. I kept thinking maybe it has my booking confused with someone else. II thought at first it was a fluke, but unfortunately this is happening to everybody under my booking.
impcinder Posted May 22, 2008 #6 Share Posted May 22, 2008 I tried to complete our funpasses last night (two cabins, 5 people). In one cabin no matter what I did, the same person kept popping up. I tried deleting cookies and rebooting - no luck. Finally, called Carnival directly. They were able to complete the fun passes. The person said that they were experiencing problems with their webpage.
ChristiTunes Posted May 22, 2008 #7 Share Posted May 22, 2008 Same thing happened to me when I booked a couple months ago. I just blew it off and tried it a few weeks later, and it took. Weird.
