STA Travel Insurance?

If anyone has purchased and filed a claim with STA Travel Insurance could you please post your opinion. (This is a Travel Guard policy mainly geared to students and their travels but is available to all travelers. It is very appealing since the premium is based on length of travel and NOT age.)
