Wow, that is rough. The times you are in port are just not right to be able to do most of the tours that are available.

If you have never been to OSJ, you can really spend the day there and never see all of it. Loads of great things from the forts, museums, sculptures, views, shops etc.

For out of OSJ- you should be able to find a tour of the rainforest, or the Botanical garden or a bike/beach along Pinones board walk- you have plenty of time for things like that (where there is not a set tour hours).

You could rent a car or find a private tour guide. I am sure someone on this board will have some recommendations. I have used Shoretrips on other islands.http://www.shoretrips.com/common/search3.asp?rcode=CAR&lcode=SJU

For Pinones, you can just get a cab.

You can do the run factory tour on your own, for cheap. Take the Catano ferry at the pier next to where you dock. Then get a taxi to Bacardi. They offer a free tour. Quick/easy and only about $10 pp.

we will be there in sept around the same time of day and was wondering about all the evening things that they have. let us know what all there is to do during the day. :)

I think you will be in port from 7-3:30p.

Those times are better!

Of course you can stay in port and walk around, Segway, museums etc

For excursions- you will need a car or a tour- ATV, rain forest, horse back ride, kayak/snorkel trip, zip lines, fishing, day at the beach.

Lots of things!
