Celebrity Rewards American Express Card: does the card offer any insurance?

Somewhere in the newspaper/magazine I recall reading about credit cards, and that some of them provide insurance if you charge the cruise on that card.

Does anyone know about this?

The Celebrity AMEX card is now with Bank of America, and I could find no information on that site, now with X's site.

 

We always get independent travel insurance, but there could be an overlap?

I have no knowledge about the Celebrity AMEX Card but I do know that I received a number of emails and regular mail postings a few months ago stating that I could now purchase travel insurance through my AMEX Card. I checked into it and found that the coverage was not as comprehensive as I could receive from my independent agency and the cost was a little higher.
