PrimeTime or SuperShuttle?

Are both of these services about the same? I'm going to reserve now and secure pricing since gas is rising quickly.

what airport or port are you asking about? the service depends on whether it is still a local franchise or part of the national chain. Some locations are still handled locally even under the national umbrella.

Both have been flamed on these boards from time to time. We used Super Shuttle to go from LAX to the CP at San Pedro at the begining of this month and were very happy with them. I suspect at the end of the day it doesn't really matter which one you choose.

I've used both out of LAX several times over many years, I've had better service from Super Shuttle.

I went with Super Shuttle. Prime Time had 147 BBB complaints vs a fraction of that amount for Super Shuttle.

We live in Long Beach and ALWAYS use Prime Time to the airport and cruise terminals.

we used supershuttle when we cruise out of LA last year and it worked great. We booked an exclusive shuttle since there was 6 of us and I think that made is much easier and quicker. We got our van ahead of many who did not have an exclusive van. I will say that the primetime shuttle people at LAX were very rude while we waited to get our supershuttle, but then again maybe it was just a bad employee.
