Anyone buy land in Belize?

. . . and it certainly has many different kinds of terrain. Hottest real estate market is on Ambergris Caye, which one woman described as "like Miami Beach now." I don't know if she was bragging or complaining, but certainly that would be the most highly developed area by United States standards. Scooter-n-GB is certainly right that of course you do not want to make a land purchase in Belize on the basis of a one-day cruise excursion.

 

You might wish to write to Major Tom, who knows every square inch of Belize. He assisted Travel Angel in getting a condo on Ambergris Caye. If you are planning some sort of enterprise in Belize you will of course want a lawyer.
