Cancelling Shore excursions on RCCL

We are booked on Radiance in Sept. and have booked the WPYRR excursion through RCCL but after reading the boards have decided we would prefer the smaller buses of Chilkoot. However I see my cc has already been billed. How do they handle cancellations? We have only sailed Princess which does not bill you for your shore excursions until the end of your cruise.

Just go back to the website cancel the tour and your credit card will be refunded in a few days. You can cancel up to 10 days before online , otherwise you then have to wait to cancel on the ship up to 24 hours before. If you do cancel something on the ship then they credit your seapass account rather then your credit card.

Go back and read what their cancellation Policies are. But if I'm not mistaken you can cancel (time period?) and they should refund the money back to your CC.

Normally takes 3-5 working days to credit your credit card.............we have done this and never been a problem.

You can cancel any shore excursion for a full refund up until 24 hours before the excursion's departure. If it's more than 10 days before sailing, you can do this online.
