What's wrong with 8100?

I know that 8102 has a smaller balcony on the M class ships, but what is wrong with 8100 the room next to it? Why is it on the list of worst rooms? Where is the view obstruction people are talking about or are they confusing it with 8102. Please any info on 8100 would be helpful.
