troywest Posted May 28, 2008 #1 Share Posted May 28, 2008 How does X give Captain's Club members credit for their status on RCCL? Is this done automatically somehow, or must the Crown & Anchor status be brought to the attention of either ground based or onboard staff?
hajekfam Posted May 28, 2008 #2 Share Posted May 28, 2008 If you are platinum or diamond in Crown and Anchor, you can join the Captain's Club at the equivalent level. Gold level (under 5 cruise credits) members do not have this benefit. You can call the Captain's Club number and join - you will need to give your Crown and Anchor number.
