specialty restaurants on Dawn

Are any of the specialty restaurants on the Dawn open for lunch? I'd love to try Salsa but I don't think many of the people I'm cruising with would like it, so I was hoping I might be able to try it at lunch.

Salsa is not open for lunch BUT you may dine there during dinner hours/or after at the Salsa bar/lounge and have a drink (which you pay for) and tapas...no charge;)

 

I enjoy their tapas:)
