BUND Posted May 29, 2008 #1 Share Posted May 29, 2008 I have to say that Carnival Cruise lines does respond to passengers concerns and complaints. I think they are serious about responding and changing the "party image" of their ships.
bonnys Posted May 29, 2008 #2 Share Posted May 29, 2008 Why do you say that? Did you have something good happen?

I have sent letters, mostly good, one or two minor things I brought up in those letters and I have ALWAYS received a response from them. The thing that impresses me the most is they are not canned letters in response. They are written specifically noting certain things that I've written about. In this day and age this type of customer service is hard to come by and my hat goes off to them. Most of the time it is not what you say, it's how you present it that gets the most positive reply. You can get more with honey then vinegar. Great Job Carnival. You have another happy customer.
BUND Posted May 29, 2008 Author #5 Share Posted May 29, 2008 Credit is due to Carnival - I did get a "personal response" letter. The name on the letter was a HIGHER UP on the ship I was on. I recognize the name.
