What's Up With ABC Tours?

Can anyone tell me if ABC Tours in Aruba are still operating? I've been trying to cancel a tour that I booked for January and they are not returning any emails! They were very quick to charge my credit card the FULL amount, but no where to be found when you need to cancel. Their website said there would be no penalty if we cancel within seven days of the excursion.

I would dispute the credit card charge now for sure. I haven't had any dealings with this company at all, but if anyone was non responsive for a cancellation, then I would guess they wouldn't be in any hurry to credit my account either.
