QM2 Library question

Recommended Posts

I know of someone taking the QM2 later this year. He will be recovering from an eye operation. He will take a tape and/or CD player for audio books.

Does anyone know if the library has audio tapes or CD of books?

Another thought Lefty Bob.

I borrow audiobooks from our local library, convert them on my PC from CD to .mp3 and put them on my mp3 player.

The lowest .mp3 quality is ok for speech meaning that I can get a couple of complete books on a 256MB player (depends on the size of the books obviously). You can pick up a player quite cheap these days and they're much smaller/lighter for packing than a CD or tape player.

Regards, Colin.
