Wine and Dine as Gift

If I purchase the Wine and Dine package as a gift for friends who are cruising will the gift card be in their cabin or presented at dinner?

They do give you a card if you order a bottle from the Wine Cellar Collection. I would assume they do the same for Wine & Dine.

When you order a bottle of wine just let them know how you want it delivered. We ordered a bottle of wine for friends who were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary on a cruise and we had it delivered to their cabin.
