whale watching at Icy Strait Point

I'm going on Serenade of the Seas to Alaska this fall (Sept 6 sailing). Looking for tour operators for whale watching at Icy Strait Point. I know there's the tour offered by the the cruise line as well as FISHES which is mentioned on these boards, but are there any other good tour operators for whale watching?

We're a family of 5 adults with a 9 month old baby. I contacted FISHES but they do not have availability for all of us. I will check with Shorex for the tour via the cruise line, but does anyone have other suggestions?

Also, anyone know if I should/could bring a stroller on the tour boat?

Finally, is there still a good number of whales to be seen in September or have most whales left for warmer waters by then?

We were in Icy Strait last Aug and saw a lot of whales including a group of 30 bubble feeders which is quite rare. We did the ship's whale watch which was plenty big enough for a stroller and not crowded. It was a great day.
