Alaska Transfers with Land Tour

What do you see on the Princess Travel Summary for transfers from the airport to the pier in Vancouver or from the hotel to the airport in Anchorage?

 

We are traveling with some who are just doing the northbound cruise only (3) and some doing the land tour (6). On the Travel Summary for the cruise only we see the transfers broken out. On the Land Tour group, we don't see that information on those who have paid for transfers. In the itinerary for EVERYONE on the land tour we see "Transfer: Airport to pier" for Vancouver and "Transfer: Hotel to airport".

 

We have asked our TA. She has been unable or unwilling to answer questions. She has been a terrible TA and we will never use that company again.

It wasn't broken out on the HAL cruisetour we took in Aug '07 either. I called my TA to make sure transfers were included.

 

If your TA can't/won't help you try giving Princess a call yourself.
