Marriott Vancouver Which one

I want to stay at one of the Marriotts in Vancouver and use my points to pay for it. My question is since we are coming in to Canada Place on the cruise ship, I think. and leaving by plane the next day which Marriott would be the most conveniently located to the pier the airport and downtown for a little site seeing? I know this is a lot to ask but I need to make this reservation like yesterday..

The Marrriot Pinacle and the Marriot Renaissance are across the street from one another so locationaly they are the same and a good location to get out and see some of the attractions in Vancouver...but watch out, one of them is being renovated and I am not sure which one it is, you may want to ask them before reserving. The Marriot Residences is up on Hornby and about 12 blocks from the harbour. There is nothing wrong with either location but I would be inclined to go with either the Pinacle or the Renaissance form a location point of view.

I'm pretty sure the Renaissance is the one undergoing the reno's. The Pinnacle is still quite new.

We stayed at the Pinnacle May 29th and it was wonderful and it was a quick cab ride to Canada Place. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat!
