Seminars At Sea

Most last about an hour. If you're talking about the "seminars" they give the day before you hit a port, don't bother going. I have found them to be one big, long sales pitch for certain stores, etc.

 

Thanks for the tip. I kind of figured the port talks would be mostly self-promoting. I was hoping to do a morning strech class before the moring walk a mile, but if the stretching lasts an hour I might only be able to get a half a mile in.
