Victoria's Ghostly Night walk excursion

While looking at Victoria for fun and different excursion's the Ghostly Night walk peaked my interest. Has anyone done this one and is it worth my time. Would you recommend something else?

This is something that has been put together for tourists....and I will stop right there. My suggestions would be the Butchart Gardens, a horse drawn carriage tour or a trip to our Royal BC Museum which is right across from the Empress Hotel.
