$10.00 or less and is the best way. You could walk. The Bus terminal is at 41st and 8th avenue and the Cruise terminal is at 48-52nd street and 12th avenue.

 

each street is 1/20 of a mile and each avenue is about a 10th of a mile.

Thank you, I will take a taxi, I thought it was farther away and I would pay much more, I like walking but not with luggage, thanks for the advise

181st street and the Hudson River....

 

Its about a $20-$25 cab ride. From Port Authority you can easily get there by subway. you take the 8th(A train I am pretty sure) avenue subway to 181 street and walk west....to the park....You will have trouble finding a cab to take you back however. Its about a 40 minutes subway ride...and about a 1/2 hour walk....
