Dream Cat. E Atlantic Deck

I notice this deck is just below the Promenade deck. Has anyone on the deck below it experienced noise from people running or walking around the deck above? I noticed the outside cabins (except CC) are all the same price now. I just wondered if I should shoot for the Cat. C on Atlantic Deck as long as the noise from the Promenade deck is not an issue.

We just were on the Dream on the Atlantic deck and what we noticed was not walking but our room was below one of the exit doors and you could hear that shutting. So try and stay away from that.
