Did RCI change the OBC for booking while on board. If they did what are the new amounts

From what I recall the biggest difference was $200 is now for 10 days and 9 days is now $100 if that helps. That's what affected me so I know lol.

Yes, I believe it affects all benefits including Platinum/Diamond discounts and Shareholder OBC and any other benefits that depend on # of nights.

We're getting $200 OBC per cabin on a 9 night cruise, just got my confirmation document today from the TA. We booked while on a cruise in Aug 07, for 2 people, with $100 deposit each.

That's because you booked onboard before the new booking requirements came into effect... I believe this just changed recently..

$250 Onboard Credit per Stateroom on Sailings of 14 or more nights.

$200 Onboard Credit per Stateroom on Sailings of 9 to 13 nights.

$100 Onboard Credit per Stateroom on Sailings of 6 to 8 nights.

$50 Onboard Credit per Stateroom on Sailings of 5 nights or less.

Applicable on any Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises or Azamara Cruises Sailings. (excludes Celebrity Xpeditions)

Hi suexyq- sorry but no discount on "baloney",or OV for platinum. If you can you should definitely try to get a junior suite or higher on Monarch, the OV's are considered small by many on here. Personally I think there is plenty of room in an OV, mainly because we spend so little time in there.

As stated in the previous post...........discounts are only on balcony cabins.
