I'm no expert, I don't know of any ports that go by the name Hispaniola. The island of Hispaniola is made up of two countries, Haiti and the Dominican Republic.

Haiti's only port that I know if is Labadee, which is currently closed due to the recent government problems there. I think there are ports of call in the DR, but I don't know anything about them.

Christie....

Long time, no see! We just returned from a Celebrity cruise that visited Casa de Campo in the Dominican Republic. The port is general has not received many favorable reviews. We, however, had a great time at Bayahibe Beach at a resort called Casa Del Mar.

Theron is correct that Haiti (and Labadee) have been replaced as a port indefinitely due to the civil unrest.

Where are you headed next?

Linda

Until our 8/28 Radiance cruise

HI LINDA!!!!!!

I haven't been on the boards in a while because, without a cruise planned, it was getting depressing. LOL!!!

We're thinking of the Western Caribbean (yet agani) for Oct/Nov. How was your celebrity cruise???? I loved the Galaxy ship when we went on it back in '98.
