Looking for help/suggestions... Xmas

Hoping to get some help with a booking for my SIL at Christmas.

 

She is wanting to travel from YYZ to EDI (Dec 18-Jan 3). The best price I can get is with KLM ($934.14) - but only a 1 hr 5 min connection time in Amsterdam!! To me, that seems way too short - especially for her. She's a senior who usually flies direct, or with a group where she is met and escorted for any connecting flights.

 

I think the fuel surcharges will put any other flights in the $1200 range!!!:eek:

 

Any suggestions???

My SIL ended up being able to get the KLM flights with 4-5 hr layover! I think she was panicking because of what she's heard about fuel surcharges etc and went ahead and booked!!

 

Hopefully this will all work for her!

Those fuel surcharges are huge in some cases! Hope all goes well on her flight.
