Balcony categories on Liberty

What is the difference between the balcony cabin categories on the Liberty? Is the difference between 8A,8B, 8C, 8D, 8E, and 8F just locations, and are the rooms all the same sizes? I'm new to Carnival and am not sure of the differences.

Basically it is the deck you will be on. B is higher than A, C is higher than B, etc.
