Art's Shuttle Question

Hi Everyone,

 

I booked our group transfer for our upcoming cruise with Art's Shuttle.

 

I found on their website today, a note about legal trouble.

When I called to ask about it, the person on the other end wasn't very clear about what the problem was. However, they didn't seem to have my reservation anymore...

 

Can anyone shed some light on this?

Cocoa beach Shuttle 321-631-4144 or 888-784-4144- website is http://www.cbshuttle.com/ Owners are Ron and Lisa who are a super couple and this is a mom and pop business.

12/18/2007 - I have just spoke to Ron and they will be offering a 10% discount BUT YOU MUST MENTION THIS BOARD FOR THE DISCOUNT (also let me suggest, if you receive great service, don't forget to tip your driver, but this is your choice. This discount starts tomorrow on the 19 of December 2007.

PS - They also offer private vans for anyone who wishes private transportation and yes the 10% does count on this also.

Our DD and SIL had the same situation occur with Art's Shuttle a couple of weeks ago. They called Cocoa Beach Shuttle and were very pleased with their service.

I think I will try the other companies while they sort out their troubles.

Their problems are resolved and the original owners, Art and Judy are back at the helm. I would call them.
