Tortola - the dock

We will be doing the dolphin swim at 10am. Figured we'll be done by 11:30-12. Our boat leaves at 2. Is there anything to do at the dock? Shops? A place to have a drink? I figured we don't have enough time to go to the beach.

Thanks

There are shops- well an open market type- not far from the dock. We walked there after our scuba trip- and we only had about 1 1/2 hrs if I remember right. They have the same types of things you'll find in most of the ports- t-shirts, necklaces, bags, sarongs, etc., but at least it's close!

the dock in tortola is in the centre of the main town roadtown. All of the stores, shops , restaurants, bars , market are about 2 or 3 blocks from the ships. Certainlt no more than a 5 minute walk.
