Star Princess Cabins - Help

Hi! I am booking a long cruise on the Star and need help on which mini suite would be the best. Are any of them covered and private? Would I be better off booking a vista suite? Any help would be appreciated.

I can help you some. All mini's on the Dolphin are uncovered. If you want a covered mini you need to reserve one on the Emerald. Those two decks are the only ones that have mini's. Frankly I have been in both. I am one of them that does not mind a uncovered balcony but it is up to you. At least on the Star if you want covered you need to reserve on the Emerald deck. There are not many of them so decide quick.

We have cruised a couple of times on the Star. We have had a mini on the dolphin deck each time. It is uncovered and we loved it.
