Majesty - Late night dining options

I was wondering what dining options are available on the Majesty after 10PM and what time the different options close?

There is a grill located all the way aft that is open overnight (it does close for about an hour in the middle of the night for cleaning). Great burgers and fries, decent pizza, salads and fruit available.

 

They also occasionally provide snacks in the casino and the Rendezvous Lounge late in the evenings, mostly finger sandwiches and fruit.

I think Le Bistro may be open after 10 PM, and I'm not sure if the main dining rooms are closed by that time. There's always room service. After the dining rooms are closed your opportunity for a good meal is reduced a lot.
