Rare PaddleAddict Posted June 19, 2008 #1 Share Posted June 19, 2008 I think I've decided to go to Eagle Beach and rent loungers from the Amsterdam Manor. This isn't make or break it, but if we brought our own equipment is there any snorkeling off Eagle Beach? Thanks!
SanNic44 Posted June 20, 2008 #2 Share Posted June 20, 2008 Not really any snorkeling at Eagle Beach. Check out the threads for a snorkel cruise or a land package. There are many operators including: Red Sail Sports, Jolly Pirates, etc. Enjoy Aruba!
Rare Hlitner Posted July 5, 2008 #3 Share Posted July 5, 2008 No snorkeling at Eagle unless you want to admire grains of sand. Probably the best snorkeling beach on Aruba is Baby Beach, but that is a long way from town. If you want to go to Baby, the best bet is to simply rent a car for the day. Arubalisa Posted July 9, 2008 #5 Share Posted July 9, 2008 Palm Beach also has a white sandy bottom, but there is one spot where snorkeling is possible http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showpost.php?p=14802738&postcount=4 Additional photos in my post http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showpost.php?p=15322732&postcount=
