StayC0216 Posted June 22, 2008 #1 Share Posted June 22, 2008 I have a few questions about the CB before I set sail on July 10 (I can't wait!) Thanks for all of your help in advance! 1. Is there a sushi bar on board? 2. Can anyone use the pool by the spa or is it only for passengers receiving spa services that day? 3. Which day(s) are best to skip in the dining room and go to the specialty restaurants? ie. Caribbean, French night Thanks again for the help! Rare Jeter02 Posted June 22, 2008 #2 Share Posted June 22, 2008 As of right now, No the CB does not have a sushi bar. After it gets oout drydock they will be adding the new piazza style that the emerald, crown and ruby have. With the new atrium they will have a sushi bar with a small fee of like $1.00 a sushi. As for the pool by the lotus spa, that is open to everyone. There is no fee. I love that pool the most as it is always very quiet and relaxing. Adults only. The day I would recommend to skip if you have to in the dinning room is Chefs night. At least from my own expereience, wasn;t my favorite. if you go on the following webpage you can view all the menus of each theme night. www.cruisingthecaribbenaprincess.com I hope this all helps. Have fun as I have really enjoyed sailing on the CB.
Clutterlady Posted June 23, 2008 #3 Share Posted June 23, 2008 Although the CB does not have a formal sushi bar, they did serve sushi in the Cafe Caribe serveral times during our cruise:)

DGNY Posted June 23, 2008 #5 Share Posted June 23, 2008 I have a few questions about the CB before I set sail on July 10 (I can't wait!) Thanks for all of your help in advance!1. Is there a sushi bar on board? No, but limited sushi a couple of times in buffet 2. Can anyone use the pool by the spa or is it only for passengers receiving spa services that day? Yes! My fave pool spot. Not crowded...quiet...and plenty of sun. Terrace pool also nice, but I found it to be too shady with Skywalkers overhead. 3. Which day(s) are best to skip in the dining room and go to the specialty restaurants? ie. Caribbean, French night Thanks again for the help! Goes to personal preference. Go to the website Jeter02 mentioned to see what does/doesn't appeal to you. Many feel Caribbean night is the worst menu. I would agree. answers in red
frofro Posted June 23, 2008 #6 Share Posted June 23, 2008 Hi STAYC I think Caribbean night is the worst one, that should fall on the 5th night, the night we're in San Juan....come join the roll call for our sailing....
