Recent Serenaders - Is room attendant Socorro still on the ship?

Anyone know if Socorro is still a room attendant on the Serenade? If so, what deck is he on? We had him last year and he was awesome. Definely busted his hump to make us happy. We didn't mind giving him a big tip... He deserved it.

We didn't have the steward you mentioned nor do we know if he is still there, but our room steward Foster was great too. We're sure wherever your stateroom is you will have no problem, on the Serenade. We found her to have the best service of all of our cruises, and are happy to say that it will not be our last on this great ship. Her crew was in one word "outstanding".
