paul929207 Posted June 24, 2008 #2 Share Posted June 24, 2008 1. Location 2. $15 to $20 per person 3. There is no extra charge for anytime dining. 4. Yes. 5. Depends on the ship and the cabin you have. In some cases, you can be right by the laundry room, others a good way away. 6. Your cabin Steward will give you a Princess Patter each evening. It has the schedule for the following day. 7. Most people tour at least part of the day. The ship is usually pretty empty mid to late morning. Then the early tours start coming back. By lunch there are a good number of people on board.

lake5298 Posted June 24, 2008 #4 Share Posted June 24, 2008 1. Why is the AA minisuites more expensive than all the others? They have the best positions 2. What is the upcharge in the special restaurants? $15 - $25 3. How much is the anytime dining upgrade charge? Is it worth it? No charge. You choose - some like fixed seating with the same passengers - we prefer to eat with different people. 4. Do the curtains block out the sun if you want? Yes. They have heavy lining. 5. Is the laundrette convenient? There are a few, spread around the ship, and they are a decent size. Look at the ship plan you will have in your cabin for locations - it may be more convenient to go up or down a floor or two, instead of walking a long corridor. 6. How do you find out what shows and activities are on the boat, and which days they are? Daily "patter" newspaper delivered to your cabin lists all activities, shows, promotions etc. Oh - and it's a Ship, not a Boat! :D 7. Is the boat empty on port days? No. It's emptier.... more space round the pools.... especially in the mornings and early afternoons.... but not everyone goes ashore.
